Grevillea Care Services was founded by Vicky Suson through her passion and commitment to supporting people with disability to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. With many years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, Registered Nurse, and Aged Care Proprietor, Vicky brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and leadership to the organisation.
Vicky believes that every person deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to live a quality life. She is passionate about supporting individuals to make their own choices, work towards their personal goals, build friendships, participate in work and community activities, and feel included as valued members of their community.
Under Vicky’s leadership, Grevillea Care Services focuses on person-centred support that is respectful, inclusive, and tailored to each individual. She is grateful for the many people who have supported and contributed to Grevillea Care Services over the years and remains committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people and families the organisation supports.

Jessica has over 5–6 years of experience working in the disability
support sector, providing person-centred support to individuals with a
wide range of needs. Throughout my career, I have supported
participants with daily living tasks, community access, social
engagement, and skill development, with a strong focus on building
confidence and promoting independence.
I am very passionate about my role in the disability sector and take pride
in creating a positive and supportive environment for the people I work
with. I am friendly, approachable, and easy to socialise with, which
helps me build strong and trusting relationships with participants. I
always aim to adapt my support style to suit each person’s individual
goals, preferences, and communication needs.
I hold a Certificate IV in Disability and have completed additional
training in areas such as manual handling and mental health. My
approach to support is centred around respect, patience, and empowering
participants to make their own choices, while ensuring they feel safe,
valued, and supported at all times.

Michelle has been working with Grevillea Care for the past three years
conducting both roles as a Support worker and Support coordinator.
Michelle has demonstrated extensive skill and experience within the NDIS
Framework, specializing in supporting individuals with complex mental
health, psychosocial disabilities, and housing instability. She has proven
skills in delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care that promotes
independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation. Michelle
has proven ability to coordinate and manage supports, navigate NDIS plans,
and advocate effectively for participants to ensure appropriate services,
therapies, and funding are in place. Michelle demonstrates a strong
background in crisis response, risk Management, and working
collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including allied health
professionals, families, and service providers.
Michelle is passionate about empowering participants to achieve their
goals, build capacity, and secure safe and sustainable housing outcomes.
She is recognised for strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine
commitment to improving quality of life for vulnerable individuals.

With over 10 years of experience as an Nurse and 4 years prior as an AIN in Aged Care, Charmaine has joined Grevillea Care to apply her experience and skill to service our participants in need of nursing services. Charmaine has a passion and dedication to assist participants to maintain their health, well-being and safety within the comfort of their own home.
Charmaine also furthered her experience has began since 2018 working in the mental health sector whilst continuing in Aged Care gaining experience in many domains of nursing including sub-acute care and medical. Charmaine continued the education pathway by commencing studies at Charles Darwin University to become a RN (registered in Psychiatric ), which is due to be completed at the end of 2024. During this time of study Charmaine has been working in the mental health sector and in far north Queensland working in Aboriginal communities and working in remote rural Victoria in aged care services and an urgent care centre, where triage and assistance to the RN in charge was provided for emergency presentations.
Charmaine can provide: health assessments, referrals to other allied health providers, continence assessments, mental health assessments, wound care, skin/pressure care assessments, health promotion, support for chronic conditions, dietary advice, diabetes advice including blood glucose checks, administration of insulin, assistance with medications, checking vital signs, falls prevention, post hospital care, stoma care, enteral feeding, catheter care and staff training around all care domains.

With over 20 years of experience in complex disability, I bring a deeply human, holistic approach to Behaviour support. I am a Proficient‑level Behaviour Support Practitioner with qualifications in Case Management and a degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Applied Psychology) from ACAP University.
My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine connection. I take the time to understand each person’s lived experience, communication style, and environment so I can design supports that truly enhance wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. My goal is always to walk alongside people and their teams, creating practical, meaningful change.

Rosemary McCallum, PhD, is a Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Advanced) and Professional Counsellor with over 30 years’ experience across mental health, trauma, neurodevelopmental disability, and complex behavioural presentations. She specialises in high-risk and multi-diagnostic cases, including individuals with co-occurring ASD, intellectual disability, trauma histories, mental health conditions, and behaviours of significant concern.
Rosemary develops comprehensive functional behaviour assessments, interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans, and regulated restrictive practice frameworks in accordance with NDIS legislative requirements. She collaborates closely with support coordinators, SIL/SDA providers, health professionals, justice interfaces, and family systems to deliver clinically robust, trauma-informed, and compliance-driven supports. She is experienced in advanced risk formulation, stakeholder leadership, and workforce training, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical governance.

Toni has qualifications in Counselling and Community Welfare, working with people in various and diverse areas including disability, aged, youth and domestic violence for over 11 years. Toni is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
She has a passion to support participants with strategies to gain a healthier, happier way of being and living. She has been trained in various approaches including person-centred approach, solutions focused, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy. Toni works in collaboration with the participants to find the best approach for their unique needs and situation.
Toni also has a keen interest in utilising mindfulness techniques in conjunction with other counselling strategies to further enhance a participant’s therapy. Toni also has a passion for behavioural support practice being incorporated into her counselling practice.
Additionally she has worked in the Domestic Violence field as a Crisis Intervention Case Manager, providing trauma informed therapy and strategies, assisting clients in their journey and has experience working with Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, previously known as DHHS in the Disability Services area.

Cassie is a passionate and experienced educator with nearly 20
years of teaching across both primary and secondary settings,
from Foundation through to Year 12. She genuinely enjoys
supporting people to learn, grow, and reach their potential.
Recently, Cassie transitioned into the disability support sector,
where she has provided support focused on building practical
skills, confidence, and independence.
She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals,
preferences, and communication style, tailoring her approach to
suit diverse backgrounds and support needs. Cassie aims to create
a safe and encouraging environment where individuals feel heard,
supported, and empowered.
Cassie holds full VIT registration and a Bachelor of
Education/Commerce, along with a Certificate in Behaviour
Support Practices from Monash University. She has also completed
additional training in support coordination, first aid, and the
Inclusive Classrooms course, Supporting Students with Learning
Difficulties, Including Dyslexia.

Charisse is a Registered Nurse with several years of
experience in both international and Australian healthcare
settings, with a background in acute and chronic care. She
supports participants with daily living, health needs, and
community access, using a person-centred approach.
With her nursing background, Charisse contributes strong
clinical knowledge in medication support, monitoring changes
in health, and maintaining overall wellbeing. She is attentive
to early signs of deterioration and aims to provide safe and
consistent care tailored to each participant’s needs.
Charisse works closely with participants, families, and support
teams to provide respectful and practical support, promoting
independence and quality of life.

Our office team supports the day-to-day operations of our services, including finance, administration, rostering, IT, payroll, and reception. Together, they ensure everything runs smoothly so our support teams can focus on participants.
